Meet the Team
Kelly Strick, LMFT
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” -Victor Frankl
Kelly Strick is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been providing care in both community mental health and private practice since 2017. She is a bold, compassionate, and deeply authentic therapist who works with adults, couples, and families, offering a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Guided by a systemic approach and a feminist family therapy lens, she specializes in women’s issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.
Kelly believes therapy isn’t about “fixing” people—it’s about sitting in the dark with them, helping them find their own light. She blends warmth, directness, and humor with evidence-based practices, incorporating neuroscience to bridge the mind-body connection. Her work is rooted in empowerment, client choice, and the belief that lasting change comes from within.
With a deep commitment to honoring her clients’ experiences, Kelly creates a therapeutic space where real conversations and meaningful growth can unfold. She brings not only her professional expertise but also her genuine human presence into therapy, inviting clients to do the same. By blending education, insight, and real connection, she helps individuals and families strengthen relationships, break unhelpful patterns, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
